I have been a Cynergydata Texas customer for over 3 years. I have ALWAYS gotten
great service and quick responses when I call for help. I was being visited by sales reps
from other credit card companies, sometimes 3 or 4 actually coming into my shop daily.
This in addition to many phone calls from companies promising to save me money!

In October of 2010 I made the most horrible mistake of my life! I lost sleep, I lost money,
I lost my peace of mind. I changed processors to another company believing the things
that they promised. This turned out to be the worst decision I have ever made for my
business.

When I had a problem with my machine and I called the phone number for help, all I got
was an answering machine and no one ever called me back. I was left high and dry. The
sales rep who signed me up promised to come and help me if I ever needed anything.
Well guess what? He was never available to talk to me. All of my equipment never got
reprogrammed correctly. I had problems getting my money if and when I was able to do
transactions.

On February 28, 2011 I called Cynergydata Texas to ask if I could come back home! I
came to their office and talked with them. They gladly received me with open arms. Even
though I had a cancellation fee with the new company, I did not care. By that afternoon,
Cynergydata Texas had my machine fixed back and I was so happy. Now I can sleep! I
will never leave again.
